What Americans Can Learn From Anthony Bourdain About Traveling the World

There are large contingents of Americans who are afraid they can’t open their mouths without offending someone. People who feel nervous to interact with those who act, look, and live differently than they do. Who believe political correctness has gotten so overwrought, so complicated, that there’s simply no way to engage with other cultures thoughtfully. “Political correctness” often just means being conscientious around people who are not you, yet some Americans feel it discourages them from traveling and exploring other cultures, lest they say the wrong thing. And this makes the world smaller, more stagnant.read more

First Entry

I am the creator of this blog I am a blogger and webmaster the administrator of this blog which I am starting to promote the United Kingdom and to leave everything else to a visitors imagination. I used to get my haircut at a place called "London's" it happened to closed down and I forgot all about it until recently. I hear about music and watch BBC I been there one time but would like to earn enough cash to fly there and visit the city of London again. A food critic is a person who explores restaurants and eateries, and introduces it to others. Food critics also review food and dining experiences across different places and share their opinion with their audience. This is going to serve as a food critic blog a spot where I will review food, and write about recipes. There is likely also going to be reviews posted about products and items relating to the food industry. It's been a few days since coming up with this idea I really got it from a cousin of mine who lives in Nairobi, KE. I asked him what he was doing on his spare time and I replied by explaining to me that he's a foodie. Exploring new restaurants and dishes, and sharing them with the public. I am going to be posting news articles and recipes not just for personal gains but to a mutual understanding which a blog critic can offer. I was born in Texas but my family is from Kenya in East-Africa, I have yet to live on my own but I intend to do it a.s.a.p. Food is a huge industry you don't just want to enjoy the moment on your own, I wish to know about the different aspects of cooking and enjoying the lifestyle the way a Londoner would on his/her spare time.
